Must Have
- Needs a Sr Product Manager who has experience with JTBD (jobs to be done).
- Whether from the Tech or Finance industry.
- Can create a Task List; conduct interviews; provide governance and structure around the team s roadmap.
Remember this is a brand-new team. So, finding someone that has experience end to end creating a new function like this within an organization would be highly preferred, even if not at the same scale as business
