Lead a team of experienced security professionals in program security by planning, communicating, and managing issues to ensure implementation, documentation, and all other appropriate support to programs
Develop, track and measure program goals and milestones with team leadership
Oversee delivery of teams and cross-functional project in-scope, on-time, and in budget.
Assist with obtaining documentation, tracking progress and performance, implementing process improvement effectiveness, and regularly communicate program updates.
Effectively oversee management of Cyber Defense security project elements within region. Manage a regional business & technical stakeholder, and third-party vendors, to successfully deliver the Cyber Defense security program.
Establish baseline visibility into each acquired Motion-AI environment, design and implement security verification test
Prepare the plan for security threat modelling and gap, risk assessment
Work with stakeholders to scope, develop, and implement an engagement strategy to Identify existing tools, network layouts, architecture designs, and integration gaps
Facilitate and develop IT Security Risk Assessment and gap program within the fulfillment ecosystem that articulates risk in relation to business and technical process.
Document existing security posture and tooling gaps with heatmaps
Provide specialist advice and recommend approaches across teams and various stakeholders
Ensure all security logging is ingested into SecOps.
Explain the effect of vulnerabilities on current Motion AI and for M&A
Preparation of status reports and provide clear visibility and strategic next steps to leadership
Research and Analysis available hardware and software in Motion AI acquisitions.
Perform detail IT Risk Assessment and Security gap audit for all Merger & Acquisition.
Identify and remediate open cybersecurity and infrastructure gaps in the recently acquired Motion AI entities by conducting a structured review, deploying required security tools, and completing a comprehensive health assessment
Standardize security tooling footprint across all acquired Motion-AI acquisitions
Develop requirements for all Motion IT assets including Endpoint security, Network Security requirements and vulnerability management.
Begin baseline security remediation efforts
Harden critical systems and improve baseline controls.
Primary skill set Project Management, IT Risk Assessment and Security.
Secondary skill set SIEM, IVM, IT Security.
