Job Title: Technical Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator
Remote
Contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:
- Source, identify and screen resumes and cybersecurity candidates focusing on organic sourcing versus referrals, applicants and traditional
arteries for talent.
- Be a strategic sourcing partner to our technical recruiting and hiring teams - advising and making recommendations on cybersecurity sourcing strategies and roadmaps.
- Research and analyze market intelligence to educate Recruiters and Hiring teams on the talent landscape.
- Act as an ambassador for the Tech Recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational best practices in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the recruiting process and proactively provide
actionable solutions.
- Contribute to recruiting support activities such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, candidate communications, and follow-ups.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Technical sourcing experience in the cybersecurity industry; preferably with some in-house experience
- Experience designing and implementing technical sourcing and recruiting strategies in highly competitive talent markets
- Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners
- Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations
