Specialist, Business Intelligence (The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ):
Designs automated, scaled dashboard solutions using BI tools and technologies (i.e. Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, etc.). Supports all phases of the development and implementation of reporting solutions including analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing maintenance. Partners with business to get feedback and ensure solutions are robust and meet the business needs. Continually develops knowledge and experience in adopted standards, tools, and technologies. Demonstrates willingness to experiment and learn new tools and technologies. Recognized as an SME in the design, development and delivery of visual applications. Solves complex problems, takes a new perspective using existing solutions and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May supervise and set priorities for a technical support team. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Requires skills with practical experience and established foundation of modern technical patterns and solutions that enable independent technical execution. Understands design, development, testing, business engagement, and team leadership.
Telecommuting permitted up to 60% per week.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $170,373.00 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field and 3 years of work experience.
Must have 3 years of experience in:
