RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business systems
* Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience
* Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with security policies
* Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to implement upgrades, patches, and new features
* Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and support processes
* Provide end-user support and training as needed
* Participate in system integration projects and data migration efforts
* Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
* Analyze business requirements and recommend application solutions or enhancements
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise applications
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of experience administering enterprise applications
* Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, and system integrations
* Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, or similar
* Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and reporting tools
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
