Job: ServiceNow Developer
Onsite in Woodlawn, MD
Must be able to obtain public trust
Duration: Long term contract
Must work on-site 5x per week in Woodlawn, MD
Key Required Skills: Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
Position Description
- Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
- Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
- Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
- Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master s and 5 years of experience, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Experience with the US Federal Government
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (contract requirement)
- Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD five days a week
FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE (Required Skills)
These skills will help you succeed in this position:
- 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
- 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
- Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
- 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts
- 5+ years of experience supporting IT-related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.)
- 5+ years of industry experience (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions

- Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR
- Project Management or Agile Certification
