You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program Manager closely partnering with the Program teams, Technical Leads, Architects & Business Owner to guide investments
  • Program budget and forecasting to the budget to include tracking any changes via a change control process
  • Work stream impediment removal
  • Report on relevant metrics that increases transparency and informs adaptive decision making
  • Work with engineering team to maintain engineering roadmaps
  • Communication and engagement at multiple levels with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure overall product strategy and Roadmap are executed within budget
  • Maintaining labor plans and tracking all costs
  • Cost center management
  • Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Program, Project, Product or IT Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
  • Experience with financial acumen with experience managing budgets exceeding $5M or more
  • Technical project/program management expertise, solid written and verbal communication, ability to influence and drive a diverse group of stakeholder to reach to a common understanding and/or approach
  • Solid understanding of Scaled Agile Framework
  • Proficient with MS Office Products and fluency in MS Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to summarize complex information in a streamline audience tailored format and good conflict management skills
  • Proven excellent speaking, facilitating and resolution skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
