Role: Salesforce Technical Architect (With Data Migration Experience)
Job Location : Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Job Description:

Minimum 10 yrs relevant experience at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and Data Migration experience is required including proven expertise

  • Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for Salesforce implementations, including legacy system analysis, data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Design and develop scalable ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, or Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Perform data quality assessments and implement cleansing strategies to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes, mappings, and validations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during migration and post-deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in data migration and integration.

As a Technical Architect you will be in a client facing role where you will function as the go to expert in all aspects of declarative platform architecture and configuration including and often beyond Sales Service and Community clouds You will be responsible for understanding and solving complex business problems You will gather requirements design implement test and deploy robust and scalable solutions
Translate business strategy and requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform
Lead technical design sessions to design technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
Manage technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
Develop custom solutions and integrations leveraging the Salesforce.com platform
Manage technical scopes and client expectations
Provide hands-on expert level technical assistance to developers
Design and manage execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered
Demonstrate technical and business thought leadership
Be a credible subject matter expert to clients and partners on sales cycles and marketing events
Coach and mentor junior technical resources and own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on Salesforce projects
