<>Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday Time Tracking, Absence (Time Off and Leave), and Benefits modules to align with business processes and policies.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of time entry rules, accrual profiles, leave of absence plans, and benefit plan configurations.
- Support the annual Benefits Open Enrollment process, including plan configuration, testing, and post-enrollment audits.
- Implement and test system updates and enhancements released by Workday, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- User Support and Troubleshooting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user and stakeholder inquiries and issues related to the Time, Absence, and Benefits modules.
- Investigate and resolve complex system issues, including time calculation errors, accrual discrepancies, leave balance inaccuracies, and benefits eligibility problems.
- Partner with the Payroll team to ensure accurate data flow and resolve any discrepancies between time/absence entries and payroll processing.
- Process Improvement and Projects:
- Proactively identify opportunities for system and process optimization to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for new system functionalities or enhancements.
- Develop and execute test plans for system changes, and manage projects from conception through to deployment.
- Reporting and Compliance:

- Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to provide actionable insights into time tracking, leave trends, and benefits utilization.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and system compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA).
- Provide data and support for internal and external audits.
- Training and Documentation:
- Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, and training materials for HR staff and end-users.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption and use of Workday functionalities.
