Experience: 10+ years in SAP HCM, 5+ years in SuccessFactors
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors SME to lead HR digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple SuccessFactors modules, with strong leadership and client engagement skills to drive global implementations and HR process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, LMS, Recruiting, etc.).
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Drive integration with SAP HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems.
Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and user training.
Ensure compliance with global HR policies and data privacy regulations.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Employee Central and at least two other modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation).
Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, and workflow configurations.
Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools.
Proven leadership in global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s).
