RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a IT Project Manager in San Antonio, TX.
Summary:
A high-performing team is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to support upcoming and ongoing initiatives, including data center migrations, cybersecurity, and enterprise business efforts. This is a long-term, full-time contract opportunity based in San Antonio, with interviews beginning in two weeks. Resumes are currently being reviewed.
Duties:
* IT Project Manager will lead cross-functional IT and business projects from planning through execution
* Manage infrastructure, compliance, and application-related project initiatives
* Navigate full SDLC using Agile methodologies (SAFE is a plus but not required)
* Facilitate coordination and communication across technical and business teams
* As an IT Project Manager, you will support PI Planning and help guide project teams through Agile transitions
* Track scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery
* Adapt quickly in a dynamic, product-oriented delivery environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP, Scrum, Agile, or SAFE certifications (or actively pursuing)
* 5+ years of Project Management and/or Program Management experience
* Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator across multiple IT domains
* Familiarity with data center migrations, cybersecurity, and enterprise-level business initiatives
* Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
* Technically fluent-able to partner with engineering and infrastructure teams effectively
* Comfortable working with evolving project scopes and competing priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
