Job Description ::

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define and own the overall Coupa solution architecture across Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, and related modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Coupa configurations and integrations.
• Ensure alignment of Coupa capabilities with enterprise architecture standards and roadmap.
• Establish governance, best practices, and reusable design patterns for Coupa implementations.

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Design and manage integration strategies with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), financial systems, HR, and third-party applications.
• Support data migration planning and execution.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and workflow designs.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Work with business leaders to define procurement and spend management processes.
• Act as bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless adoption.
• Provide thought leadership on Coupa s latest features, roadmap, and industry best practices.

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Provide hands-on expertise in Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).
• Guide development of custom APIs, integrations, and reporting.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and propose long-term fixes.
