As an ITSM ITIL V4 Consultant, you will be the SME for ITIL4 framework and practices who will strategize and create roadmap for transformation from ITIL3 to ITIL4 after studying the existing IT services. You will be providing guidance, planning, and implementation support to our IT service management (ITSM) initiatives. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure IT services are aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives, enhancing the quality of IT services delivery and management. You should be certified on ITIL4 and experienced in transforming some ITIL3 processes to ITIL4 practices.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the existing IT services and processes and baseline it.

Create a strategy and roadmap to transform existing processes to ITIL4 practices

Review the ITIL4 transformation strategy and roadmap with IT and Business stakeholders

Identify and present risks that can seriously impact business and work with the governing body and oversee the transformation activities aligned with the overall business objectives and priorities.

Design and implement ITIL4 practices (34 practices) in phased manner.

Lead the adoption and adaptation of ITIL v4 practices across the enterprise.

Provide training and coaching to the team on ITIL v4 concepts, practices, and tools.

Facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.

Conduct maturity model assessment - Capability assessments, Maturity assessment and Comprehensive assessment

Develop roadmaps for continual service improvement.

Stay updated on ITIL v4 developments and best practices, sharing knowledge within the organization.

Prepare and present reports on IT service performance and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.

Manage and coordinate ITIL v4 certification efforts for the team.
