Position Title: GWS Migration Consultant
Job Location: Remote - PST
Joining Mode: Long Term Contract
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise IT migrations.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and leading migrations from Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) to Google Workspace (Gmail, G-Cal, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Deep technical knowledge of Google Workspace administration, security features, and migration tools (GWMMO, GWME, GCDS).
- Strong understanding of identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAML-based SSO) and their integration with Google Workspace.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical teams and guiding implementation efforts.
- Relevant Google Cloud or Google Workspace certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Google Cloud Architect) highly preferred.
