Job Description

ECS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

ECS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment and brings deep experience supporting government programs, proposal recruiting, and sourcing Top Secret-cleared technical talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles across multiple programs.
  • Develop and manage strong partnerships with hiring managers and program leadership, ensuring alignment on staffing priorities, labor categories, and qualification requirements.
  • Support capture and proposal efforts by building forward-looking pipelines and identifying key personnel aligned to solicitation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data, requisition details, and vendor activity within the ADP Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processing, onboarding logistics , and compliance actions with HR, Security, and Operations.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics and trends, recommending process improvements where needed.
  • Ensure all recruiting activity adheres to OFCCP, EEO, and ECS policy requirements.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical and cleared government contracts.
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, job boards, social media, networks, and local outreach.
  • Experience recruiting and pipeline-building for Top Secret-cleared candidates, with understanding of clearance processes, adjudication timelines, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred; Workday or Salesforce acceptable).


Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting proposal recruiting, including rapid pipeline development, LOI coordination, and alignment with capture strategy.
  • Interest in creative sourcing methods and workforce development in high-demand technical domains.
