IT Project Manager

• The Release coordinator for Financial Crimes Technology is focused on end-to-end management of scheduled and off-cycle releases ensuring ECM compliance.
• This individual focuses on the release co-ordination, release documentation, release preparation, and release verification. They will be the local point of contact and subject matter expert in enterprise change standards

• Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
• Weekly Release Reporting
• Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
• Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
• Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
• Maintain a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists

• Conduct weekly governance review routines with the technical teams reviewing release status, quality, and changes to standards
• 3-5 years of experience in release management activity
• 3-5 years of quality testing
• Competent understanding of various SDLC methodologies from waterfall through agile
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and excellent organization skills
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and effectively prioritize work to meet competing deadlines

• Experience with onsite-offshore coordination
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Program/Project Management Change Management, MRA2 ECM Risk Management SDLC, ECMS, Waterfall, DAIC Lean Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA
