Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced desktop support including troubleshooting, configuration, and software installation.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (M365), Windows, Active Directory, and using ticketing systems.
- Deliver technical assistance and support to end users on various issues, including incidents and problems.
- Assist customers with technical issues such as:
- Password resets
- Account information inquiries
- Case number tracking
- Adobe Reader troubleshooting
- Browser-related issues
- General computer technical support
- Internet connectivity problems
- Set up equipment for employee use.
- Image computers using various methods.
- Install and perform minor repairs on computers and peripheral equipment within the office.
- Possess strong networking skills, including experience with IDF/MDF, switches, routers, and access points.
Experience:
- 5 10 years of experience in software, hardware, and network support.
- Proficient in supporting Windows 7, 8, and 10, as well as Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365/M365.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, M365, PC and printer configuration.
- Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills, with active listening ability.
- Bilingual in Korean is a strong plus.
