Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Provide input during requirement, development, and implementation phases including formulation and definition of scope, objectives, and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects involving mainframe, and distributed and middleware systems for cards technology lending domain. Analyze and decompose complex business requirements related to US Federal Regulatory mandated financial and risk reporting related to the Credit Card industry and ensure clear and shared understanding of requirements and approach. Oversee the end-to-end development of products ensuring they meet requirement specifications while thoroughly validating functionality. Maintain consistency and cohesion across various applications within the Credit Card technology domain. Identify and communicate risks with their potential impacts while delivering targeted mitigation strategies. Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and consider broader implications of technology in the specialized environment. Review emerging IT developments and evolving business needs and recommend system alternatives or enhancements by analyzing processes and systems ensuring solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation analyzing business and data requirements in the IT or financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Supporting business applications for global financial institutions including mainframe, distributed, and middleware systems related to credit card customer onboarding, servicing, accounts receivable banking systems, and data specifications; Supporting data quality, control, and monitor issues for credit card customers and financial transactions through data analysis and data lineage with familiarity using data lineage tools; Working with data feeds and interfaces amongst credit card systems and multiple enterprise-wide financial systems and models pertaining to Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review and Current Expected Credit Loss reporting; Managing end-to-end deliverables for credit card, banking, and financial projects including U.S. federal regulatory risk reporting ensuring regulatory compliance through Agile collaboration leveraging business analysis, gap analysis, and testing expertise; Performing business analysis related to U.S. federal regulatory mandated financial and risk reporting with familiarity in key regulatory reports including 14M and 2052A; Translating business requirements into technical specifications using tools including JIRA, Rally and ALM for defect tracking while documenting process flows in MS Visio to align credit card technology and banking projects within Agile SDLC; and Ensuring data accuracy in Systems of Record for regulatory reporting through detailed SQL queries for data extraction, advanced Excel data analysis, and data warehouse concepts for credit card, banking, and financial projects. 40 hrs./wk.
