Job Description:
We are looking for a Policy Operation Coordinator with 3 5 years of experience in compliance automation, policy management, or legal tech systems, ideally in blockchain or digital asset environments. This role bridges legal risk frameworks with operational enforcement at runtime. The ideal candidate will translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable runtime policies, ensuring compliance rules are directly connected to system behavior for real-time monitoring, alerts, and enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect legal risk frameworks with runtime behavior rules for real-time compliance monitoring, alerts, and enforcement.
- Configure and maintain policy enforcement mechanisms that trigger alerts and automated actions.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to translate regulations into executable logic.
- Monitor system activity to detect deviations from approved policy parameters.
- Support incident response teams by mapping detected violations back to legal or regulatory standards.
- Continuously refine rulesets and enforcement strategies in response to new risks or policy updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Information Systems, or a related field. (Preferred)
- 3 5 years of experience in compliance automation, runtime policy enforcement, or legal tech.
- Familiarity with smart contracts, rule engines, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
