Job Description:
Virginia's community colleges have a 50-year track record of educational excellence and innovation to serve the needs of our citizens and strengthen the Commonwealth's economy. When Virginia's General Assembly established the Virginia Community College System in 1966, the need for a comprehensive system was well known. The part-time eForms Developer will:
Develop, review, approve and enhance eForms and workflows.
Review eForms developed by others.
Respond to eForms performance, accuracy, feedback, KPIs, and more.
Use TeamDynamix ticketing system to complete tasks and requests.
Stay abreast of current usability, accessibility, content development, enhancements, and best practices in relation to eForms.
Provide input on style guides and governance as it relates to eForms and eForm development.
Minimum Qualifications:
Effective and clear communicator, comfortable managing stakeholder relationships.
Understanding of business process optimization and automation opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and requests with varying deadlines.
Ability to support IT Core Values by focusing on improvement, believing in our team, learning from mistakes, being accountable for actions and showing determination, focus and tenacity
