$80-$85 Hourly W2 Only We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Okta Identity Governance (OIG) Sr. Engineer/Developer for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description:
- We are seeking an Okta Identity Governance (OIG) Sr. Developer with deep, hands-on experience in building custom workflows, connectors, and API integrations within Okta.
- The developer will help migrate legacy IBM Tivoli Identity Management (ITIM) processes into Okta Identity Governance (OIG), ensuring robust governance, automation, and compliance capabilities.
- You will partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to configure, design, and optimize OIG modules, with a heavy focus on Workflow development, Connector integrations, Access Certifications, Governance, and Lifecycle Management.
- Strong expertise in Okta Identity Governance, including workflows, policies, and configurations.
- Proficiency in integrating Okta with enterprise systems, directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), attribute synchronization, and custom attributes.
- Knowledge of identity security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and access certifications.
- 7+ years of experience 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing custom identity solutions with Okta.
