We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud and the Life Sciences industry. This role is critical in shaping digital CRM solutions that enhance patient engagement, care management, and compliance across healthcare and life science operations. The BA will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure successful Salesforce implementation aligned with regulatory standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across commercial, clinical, medical affairs, and patient services teams.
  • Translate complex healthcare and life science business needs into Salesforce Health Cloud configurations, workflows, and user stories.
  • Support end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives: discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and admins to design features including:
    • Patient and provider 360 views
    • Care plans, clinical pathways, and assessments
    • Adherence programs and case management
    • Consent management and HIPAA-compliant communication flows
  • Map data integration requirements for systems like EHRs, HCP portals, call centers, and third-party vendors using standards like HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs.
  • Create and maintain process flows, wireframes, user documentation, and SOPs.
  • Conduct and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), stakeholder demos, and training sessions.
  • Ensure GxP, HIPAA, and FDA compliance across Salesforce implementations where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 1 2 years in Health Cloud.
  • Deep domain knowledge of the life sciences sector-including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech.
  • Familiarity with care management, patient support programs, field medical, or clinical trial operations.
  • Proven ability to write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, medical, and commercial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications:
    • Health Cloud Consultant
    • Certified Business Analyst
    • Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with:
    • Veeva CRM / Vault
    • EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
    • Call center platforms or patient hubs
