Lead Technology Program Manager to support Supply Chain Warehouse Management System Implementation and Integration program (Manhattan and Blue Yonder experience).
Responsible for large, highly complex and/or high impact programs for the delivery and outcomes of assignments within the program. Develops, analyzes,and manages the execution of program plans, schedules, status reporting and resource forecasts while controlling and mitigating program level risks. Ensures successful execution and completion as per the defined cost, time, scope, and quality in adherence with established organizational practices. Collaborate with C-level executive leaders, Technology program and project sponsors, customers, vendors and other key stakeholders to identify program initiatives, and influence the prioritization of projects, deliverables, and decisions necessary for optimal program delivery. Collaborates with cross functional global workforce and 3rd party solution provider(s) to achieve desired business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute program initiatives collaborating across several technical and business areas.
Establishes cadences for strategic and functional initiatives and drives regular routines and process,
ensuring the appropriate level of governance to achieve commitments and drive the right outcomes in an agile, product environment.
Facilitates cadences with program team, leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Manages and mitigates initiative level risks by performing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, establishing contingency plans, anticipating dependencies affected by ongoing changes, and recommending ways to mitigate future risks to leadership.
Leads cross-functional global workforce and 3rd party solution provider(s) to achieve desired business outcomes.
Required skills
Supply Chain Warehouse Management Systems implementation experience with large scale system conversions and integrations. (Manhattan and Blue Yonder)
Minimum requirement of 8 years experience in IT or technology focused business area leading large complex programs with strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
Minimum requirement of 6 years Experience leading and influencing technology portfolio/program/product teams (requiring integration of cross-functional technology solutions), including experience providing direction, coaching and mentoring to team members.
Minimum requirement of 3 years Experience supporting complex initiatives in a product and/or agile operating model, using JIRA or other agile tools for work transparency and tracking.
Experience working closely with senior leadership cross-functionally in a large organization.
