  • Develop a deep understanding of signal flow of existing systems. Be able to determine the quickest possible resolution to get customers up and running during an equipment failure.
  • Conduct special projects throughout the year. Project completion will improve the A/V user experience for end users. Special projects may include major updates to A/V infrastructure, exploring and/or implementing new technologies, and other projects as assigned.
  • Maintain and develop an understanding of A/V signal routing, programing, and diagnostic actions.
  • This is an onsite position with some limited work-from-home opportunities.

Preferred Skills and Background:

  • Knowledge of A/V operation, diagnostics, and real-time break-fix strategies.
