Position Title: Product Owner

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to serve as the primary liaison between our technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into clear user stories and ensuring alignment with the overarching product and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for both technical and customer teams, ensuring clarity and consistency in user story details aligned with the product's vision.

  • Take full ownership of product direction, including defining, communicating, and achieving product goals and vision.

  • Ensure the product roadmap aligns with the strategic objectives of the broader product category.

  • Establish and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track product impact and team progress in line with corporate strategy.

  • Develop, manage, and prioritize a well-structured product backlog that meets readiness criteria.

  • Create and maintain transparent product roadmaps and release schedules.

  • Drive agile team performance by aligning initiatives with broader program objectives and fostering process improvement.

  • Coordinate with other product managers to manage cross-team dependencies effectively.

  • Act as a bridge between development teams and users, translating needs into actionable items.

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives and team demos, and lead system-wide demonstrations of product progress.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to define solutions and prioritize backlog items that maximize value.

  • Resolve conflicting stakeholder requirements and manage scope changes, evaluating their effects on timelines, budgets, and value delivery.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of related business workflows, technical systems, and the software development lifecycle.
