Story Behind the Need

• Enterprise Scheduling Team is responsible for the infrastructure and health of the workload automation and file transfer applications.
• We work remotely, heavily communicating in Teams via meetings and chat.
• We work via Service Now tickets and Jira.
• This is not part of an initiative

Typical Day in the Role

• Work with application team to educate and advise them on Best practices with Control-M.
• During daily scrum meetings we discuss jira cards, blockers and completed work.
• Must be proficient in Control-M, knowledge of Automic is helpful and file transfer protocols.
• Applications we support are Control-M, Automic and Globalscape.
• We utilize Splunk and Dynatrace for alerts and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to perform light scripting such as Python, SQL.
• Agent installs, integration with Service Now, troubleshooting skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Required:
• Years of experience required: 5+ years minimum
• Disqualifiers: NA
• Additional qualities to look for: Healthcare would be a plus but not required

• 1 Control-M
• 2 Automic
• 3 Dynatrace and Splunk
