Sr. SAP Data Migration Lead (e-commerce company)
Location: Seattle, WA (Can work in EST or PST time -prefer PST time zone)

As an SAP Data Migration Lead, you will manage the end-to-end data migration process for Clients' SAP implementation projects. You will ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance while coordinating across technical and functional teams to support high-volume e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Migration Strategy: Define and execute SAP data migration strategies aligned with Coupang’s business and project requirements.
· Scope & Requirements: Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to define migration scope and requirements.
· ETL Processes: Design, develop, and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP tools.
· Data Quality: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across SAP and legacy systems.
· Data Cleansing & Validation: Manage data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities for large-scale datasets.
· Tools & Techniques: Utilize SAP migration tools such as LSMW, SAP BODS, and SAP Migration Cockpit for efficient data movement.
· Testing & Reconciliation: Develop and execute data migration plans, schedules, and test strategies; perform reconciliation and validation post-migration.
· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration.
· Documentation & Support: Document migration processes, issues, and resolutions; provide guidance and support to teams on best practices.
Qualifications
· Experience:
o 10+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
o Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM) and underlying data structures.
· Technical Skills:
o Expertise in ETL tools (SAP BODS, LSMW, Migration Cockpit).
o Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
· Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud-based migration strategies.
