Job Description
We are seeking an experienced XVE Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of our Teamcenter PLM environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in PLM systems architecture, preferred BMIDE development, preferred Active Workspace knowledge, and ITK/RAC customization to enhance our product lifecycle management capabilities.
Develop, configure, and customize PLM solutions to meet business requirements.
Design and implement BMIDE extensions, workflows, business rules, and data models within Teamcenter.
Customize and extend Teamcenter functionalities using ITK, RAC, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC) development.
Integrate Teamcenter with enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, and CAD systems using APIs and middleware.
Develop and maintain reports, queries, and security models to ensure system compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity, and configuration issues.
Work closely with PLM administrators, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and best practices for Teamcenter development.
Provide end-user support on Teamcenter functionalities.
Basic Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in development and customization.
Strong expertise in , ITK (C/C++), (Java), SOA, and Active Workspace customization.
Experience with PLM workflows, business rules, and access control.
Proficiency in SQL and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
Experience with shell scripting, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
Experience with Application upgrade/migration projects is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, BMIDE, AWS, AZURE, CAD, CATIA) is an advantage.
Experience working in an Agile Environment

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
