Technical Skills

  1. Zscaler Platform: Proficiency in managing and configuring Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Knowledge of Zscaler's security policies, SSL inspection, access control, and threat prevention capabilities.
  2. Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and other common network protocols. Ability to troubleshoot network issues that may affect Zscaler services.
  3. Security Practices: Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including secure web gateways, firewalls, sandboxing, and endpoint security. Understanding of common security threats and mitigation techniques.
  4. Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Experience with support ticketing systems.

 

Soft Skills

  1. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. Ability to explain complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner.
  2. Customer Service: Strong customer orientation to manage user expectations and deliver a positive service experience.
