Position Overview:
The Business Analyst (BA) will contribute to multiple projects aimed at improving educational outcomes for students, with a primary focus on the Early Childhood Integrated Data System.
This senior-level role combines business analysis and user experience design responsibilities to ensure an intuitive and productive user experience. The BA will drive requirements gathering, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support design decisions rooted in UX research and best practices. Acting as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, the BA plays a critical role throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements.

Develop detailed system requirements and documentation.

Design wireframes and mockups aligned with UX best practices.

Collaborate with product teams, designers, and developers to ensure user-centered design.

Create user stories and use cases adhering to BA best practices.

Support business process re-engineering and identify areas for process improvement.

Verify implementation of requirements and manage post-implementation enhancements.

Ensure compliance with internal design standards and industry best practices.
