Pay Range: $55 - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of Go-to-Market strategies and plans to drive product adoption
  • Provide product support to product management and client facing teams, including but not limited to leading the needs assessment, creation of value proposition, development education and training materials, creation and maintenance of product marketing and implementation collateral (e.g. value proposition materials, pitch deck presentations, implementation presentations, Product guides, implementation guides, FAQ s, marketing collateral, etc.)
  • Provide communication to client facing teams on positioning products, education on products, industry trends, exploration and interest
  • Understand competitor products and market trends
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholder groups to gather requirements, gain internal alignment on GTM program development and ensure executional delivery.

  • Must Have: GTM Manger- Go to Market , Payment services , Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, EMV, mobile technologies, digital payments or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, social sciences, business, marketing, communications or related field
  • 6 years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, EMV, mobile technologies, digital payments or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 10 years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments or related field, including product management experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical and management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects successfully and efficiently.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Strong communications skills/ability to collaborate internally and externally at all levels
  • Knowledge or experience of key stakeholder function in sales, sales enablement, product marketing or product management.
  • Master's degree in information technology, social sciences, business, marketing, communications or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Fintech platforms, start-Client, or related field
  • Payment services experience within Product
  • Strong business acumen while still having technical expertise
  • Go to Market experience
