Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Data & AI Infrastructure)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in Data, AI, and Cloud Infrastructure to lead large-scale initiatives, with a strong focus on auto-remediation projects using Generative AI on AWS. This role requires a blend of strategic program management, deep technical acumen, and strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams towards successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute program plans aligned with business objectives and corporate strategy. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineering, AI/ML teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders to drive execution and adoption of AI solutions.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure program continuity.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with senior leadership and technical teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage resources effectively and monitor budgets to optimize value delivery.
Technology Adoption: Drive Generative AI, Databricks, and AWS-based solutions, enabling auto-remediation and advanced automation capabilities.
Metrics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs, providing regular updates to executives and leadership teams.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in technology, data, or AI-focused domains.
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Azure optional), data management, and AI/ML technologies.
Experience leading auto-remediation or AI-driven automation projects.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, program governance, and risk management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
