Senior Lead Engineer - Columbus, OH
3-4 days a week in Columbus office.

Job Description:
Must Have proven experience as a Lead developer or Salesforce Architect.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Analyzes detailed business, functional and high-level technical requirements to then design, develop, and implement robust salesforce solutions in collaboration with the Solution Architect on the team.
Utilizes programming approaches, tools, and techniques to best deliver the business requirements.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring reliability and performance.
Adhere to quality assurance and change management procedures including the documentation required for solution readiness and acceptance.
Code and test to meet the designs of objects and data exchanges for interfacing with Salesforce.
Collaborate and contribute to issue resolutions and gap mitigations to meet business & technical requirements.
Evaluate various technologies, develop proof of concept, and define the recommended solution. Be able to decide when to use out of the box features or go with customization or using app exchange products.
Stay up to date with new features coming up and releases by Salesforce.
Work with internal IT partners and business stakeholders, develop and maintain enterprise application architecture strategies, designs and roadmaps.
Participate in project intake meetings and be able to come up with high level design, time and resource estimates.
Ability to adopt best practices to meet requirements and overcome challenges.
Communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning,3-Amigo calls, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Guide and mentor delivery team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
