Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in the office 2-3 days a week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.

Job Summary:

The IT Campus Recruitment Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the candidate selection process for campus and early career hiring within the Technology organization. This role serves as a key operational partner to HR Campus Recruiting and IT hiring managers, ensuring seamless and efficient recruitment experience. The specialist also manages targeted early career programs designed to attract and develop talent for specialized areas of the IT team.

This role requires travel (ranging from 20 - 25%) to college campuses and various events to attend career fairs, deliver presentations, and engage with students, university staff, and faculty. This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect candidates to be in the office 50% of the time. Travel and time spent at conferences or branches count towards this requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end candidate selection process for IT campus and early career roles.
  • Collaborate with HR Campus Recruiting and IT hiring managers to align candidate evaluation workflows with hiring needs and timelines.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, including selection criteria, interview guides, and communication templates.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline metrics, interview progress, and hiring outcomes to support data-driven decisions.
  • Support the design and execution of specialized early career programs for targeted IT functions.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Educate and mobilize IT team members to participate in recruiting events, including hosting kickoff sessions , providing talking points, coordinating logistics for travel, materials, and staffing.
  • Partner with HR Campus Recruiting to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee strategic university partnerships by coordinating program oversight, curriculum integration (e.g., capstone projects)
  • Maintain a calendar of key academic milestones and ensure IT presence aligns with recruitment windows and academic cycles.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating campus recruiting events and onboarding activities.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Skills/Previous Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in recruitment operations, campus recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably in a technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and early career hiring practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and compliance.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and early talent development programs is a plus.
