Job Description:

• Responsible for planning and implementing measures to build, maintain and protect computer systems, networks and enterprise infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Install and deploy and configure hardware and software


• Break/fix coordination and scheduling Perform routine maintenance on data center equipment


• Monitor data center systems and report any anomalies


• Respond to incidents and outages


• Provide support to users and other technical teams


• Document work procedures and findings Follow operational procedures (e.g., Change control, ITSM).


• Attend change control meetings and participate in the review and approval of change requests


• On call & available for emergencies and flexibility to work outside normal business hours.


• Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
