Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data model, with a focus on Adobe Analytics. This role transforms raw digital interaction data into a unified, campaign-ready model powering audience segmentation, campaign management, and marketing insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adobe Analytics Data Modeling: Design and enhance conceptual, logical, and physical models for Adobe Analytics data feeds.

  • Campaign Data Integration: Integrate data from Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, and ECID to create a unified Customer 360 view.

  • Data Governance: Define standards for data quality, lineage, metadata, and usage policies.

  • Marketing Data Enablement: Build structures to support segmentation, personalization, campaign attribution, and lift analysis.

  • SEO & Channel Insights: Ensure data granularity supports channel performance and SEO analysis.

  • Collaboration: Work with Data Engineers, Marketing Managers, and Analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.

  • Leadership: Mentor and provide technical guidance on digital marketing data architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years as a Data Architect with Enterprise Data Warehousing experience.

  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics data exports, eVars, props, and event data.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Google Cloud Platform BigQuery preferred).

  • Experience with Sitecore CMS, Tag Management Systems, and Customer Data Platforms.

  • Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing/Campaign Management concepts, attribution models, conversion funnels, and A/B testing data.

  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, session vs. visitor data, and social media data modeling.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to bridge technical and marketing teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Dimensional Modeling, Star/Snowflake schemas for marketing data.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex marketing data pipelines.
