Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirements)
Employment Type: W2 only
Visa Status: All visas accepted except STEM OPT and H1B

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a W2 position in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Java-based backend systems and modern frontend technologies. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, developing user-friendly interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.

  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills:

  • 6 8+ years of full stack development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.

  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or React.

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
