Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities
Work closely with leadership, technical teams, and other resources to plan, scope, and deliver multiple projects on budget and on schedule.
Manage all aspects and phases of IT projects - technical resources, schedule, milestones, budgets, resource assignments, project communications, reporting, etc.
Identify requirements needed from external and cross-functional teams.
Document, evaluate, and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
Effectively coordinate the resources and schedules across projects with competing priorities
Expert at defining what done is and helping the teams to achieve this.
Lead standups, team meetings, lessons learned and other meetings.
Ability to help engineers translate business requirements into IT deliverables.
Prepare reports, status, and project artifacts.
Operational Support Manage and help resolve escalated issues and requests.
Participate in major incident management process.
Identify and help implement process improvements.
Assist with audits, security reviews, and compliance initiatives.

Sills and Experience
Extensive experience managing IT operations and projects in an enterprise environment.
Experience working with Network, Server, Storage, and Security Engineering resources.
Strong Project Management skills highly organized, excellent communicator, good at planning and scheduling, stay on top of risks, clearly understands project objectives and critical path.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in parallel.
Experience working with various stakeholders, IT leaders, and executives.
Strong initiative
Experience using Smartsheet to plan, track, and report project progress.
