Job Details

(100% Remote Role)

Position: Hyper Automation Anywhere with GenAI

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote)

Duration: 3-6 Months

Conduct process discovery and feasibility assessments, collaborating with business SMEs to identify automation candidates across Tax, Advisory, and Corporate functions.

Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows, Agents using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred),copilots/GenAI tools ensuring alignment with technical and process standards.

Build and deploy GenAI-enhanced components (e.g., intelligent summarization, data extraction, classification), Agents using Azure OpenAI and related APIs.

Create reusable prompt libraries, action blocks, connectors, and modular design patterns for scalable and maintainable automation.

Support end-to-end automation lifecycle: solution design, development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and transition to operations.

Integrate automation flows with structured and unstructured data sources, leveraging OCR, NLP, and cognitive automation components as needed.

Document process definitions, technical designs, exception handling logic, and support playbooks.

Monitor deployed automations, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend enhancements for resiliency and performance.

Key Deliverable: Deliver production-ready automation workflows and GenAI-based use cases, along with full documentation, test cases, and operational support material.
