Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician in Albuquerque, NM to provide end-user support. This ideal resource must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide general IT support
  • Run break-fix and IMAC calls
  • Will support printer, laptop, server, network, and other technological devices
  • Will be responsible for troubleshooting, and maintenance services, ensuring that all (SLAs) are met


Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Prior printer experience preferred
  • HW repair hands-on experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.)
  • Break-fix experience
  • Must be familiar with ticketing systems
  • A+ certification is a plus
  • Lexmark certifications and experience are a plus
  • Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus
  • HP Dell Lenovo experience is a plus
  • OEM service experience


Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $17.60 - $25.85 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
