About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Professional SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP implementation and transformation projects. The core focus of this role is on successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of prestigious clients, with a special emphasis on the dynamic entertainment and music industry, as well as key functional areas like finance, procurement, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

      • End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage all phases of the SAP project lifecycle from initiation, planning, and execution to monitoring, control, and closure.
      • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
      • Delivery Focus: Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed-upon scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact delivery.
      • Functional Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of SAP modules and their application in specific business functions, particularly Finance (FICO), Procurement (MM), and Supply Chain (SD, MM, PP, WM).
      • Industry-Specific Solutions: Apply knowledge of the entertainment and music industry to tailor SAP solutions that address unique challenges in areas like royalty management, digital rights, content supply chain, and partner management.
      • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams comprising of functional and technical consultants, developers, and business analysts.
      • Methodology Adherence: Utilize established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and SAP best practices (Activate) to ensure structured and efficient project execution.
      • Reporting and Governance: Provide regular, concise status reports to senior management and steering committees, facilitating informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

      • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple, full-lifecycle SAP projects.
      • Demonstrable experience working with clients in the entertainment, media, or music industry is highly desirable.
      • Strong functional knowledge in at least two of the following SAP domains: Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
      • Solid understanding of integration points between SAP modules and third-party systems.
      • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and C-level executives.
      • Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources in a high-pressure environment.
      • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
