Role: SAP HCM - ERP Tax Reporter & Payroll expert
Duration: 8 Months+
Location: Remote ( Client in Orlando-FL )
The SAP ERP Tax Reporter and Payroll Expert will enhance the customer s SAP Tax Reporter configuration and Payroll processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Skills:
- Experience as SAP ERP Tax Reporter and Payroll Expert.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Tax Reporter configuration and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in documenting technical processes and findings.
Responsibilities:
- SAP ERP Tax Reporter Configuration Review & Optimization
- Conduct a comprehensive design review of the customer s existing SAP Tax Reporter configuration.
- Identify and document areas for improvement, including configuration updates and leading practices.
- Provide Expert recommendations that align with the customer s business requirements and industry standards.
- Prior Implementation experiences to advise the customer on Best Practices.
- Share insights on successful SAP Tax Reporter and Payroll implementations to guide the customer on optimal paths.
- Assist in the development of Implementation plans and provide ongoing Support as needed.
- Work closely with customer s team to understand specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of recommended changes.
- Provide ongoing Support to address any issues that arise.
- Knowledge of current Tax regulations and ensure the SAP Tax Reporter configuration complies with all relevant laws and standards.
- Provide guidance on any Regulatory changes that may impact the customer s processes.
- Evaluate the current maintenance processes and suggest enhancements to ensure the system remains up-to-date and compliant.
- Develop a maintenance plan that includes regular reviews, updates, and compliance checks.
- Prepare detailed Reports outlining the findings from the configuration review and recommended changes.
- Present findings and recommendations to the customer, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
- Provide supporting documentation and reference materials for future use.
