Your Opportunity:


The Digital Services team at Client is seeking a Digital Product Manager for our Digital Content and Disclosures team. This position plays an integral role in helping build and develop and support the platforms that manage the centralization, development and deployment of regulatory documents.

salary: $72 - 77 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:


  • As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall Client Experience program for our platforms and managing initiatives that comes with that.
  • The ideal candidate will have passion for the client experience, be focused on our users and how to improve upon their workflows and help drive the vision for the content distribution space.
  • The candidate will use strategies that foster an environment of teamwork and creativity. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, experience collaborating with clients and users, and the ability to be the voice of the client.

What you have



  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferred
  • Experience with Agile methods and process
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • A "can do" attitude that leans towards action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously, at times under extremely tight deadlines with minimal direction
  • A creative problem solver and have a keen interest in ensuring the best possible experience for our users and, ultimately, our clients
  • Possess a fine attention to detail and a disciplined approach to developing applications

  • Building o ut Personas helping the team gain better insight to our users and their workflows
  • Creating educational and supporting materials to help users with a more self-service driven experience
