We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Support Analyst with a strong command of SQL development to support technical issue resolution and post-implementation troubleshooting across enterprise-level platforms. This role focuses on creating and executing test plans, querying and analyzing data, resolving application issues, and improving backend performance for critical business applications.
< data-start="2038" data-end="2068">Key Responsibilities:</>
Write and modify complex SQL queries to investigate and resolve application or data issues
Provide expert-level technical support for internal users and external customers
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues by working with internal dev, support, and functional teams
Manage defect tracking and communicate findings to development for resolution
Liaise across departments for escalations and advanced troubleshooting
Train users on system features or modified reports when necessary
Implement and support various back-end features and integrations
Analyze incident trends and propose long-term solutions
< data-start="2720" data-end="2759">Must-Have Skills & Experience:</>
5+ years in a technical support or implementation role within a B2B environment
Advanced SQL experience - writing and modifying queries from scratch
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven experience supporting production environments

Background in healthcare software or technology
Familiarity with healthcare data regulations or claims processing
Experience in troubleshooting application integrations and configurations
< data-start="3476" data-end="3495">Education:</>
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
