Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000

- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance goals.
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add innovative features.
- Debug software to resolve defects and improve performance.
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
- Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance standards.
- Collaborate with system engineers and stakeholders to derive requirements and implement solutions.
- Lead and oversee software development teams, ensuring quality and performance alignment.
- Develop system installation or build procedures, scripts, and documentation.
- Drive process improvements in documentation and software development standards.
- Design, develop, and optimize database interfaces and complex algorithms.
You are required to have this:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, plus 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer, or 18 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing complex software systems.
- Proven track record in leading software development teams and meeting project requirements.
- Experience with software development processes, documentation, and quality control.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong problem-solving, technical aptitude, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
