Description
Lead teams to build products and features that customers love.
Inspire and inform teams to create optimal solutions.
Manage the flagship Visitor Management platform.
Build and develop a Growth team for user experience improvements.
Focus on Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Monetization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a growth strategy for freemium product adoption.
Analyze data to identify key metrics and inform decision-making.
Design and implement A/B tests and growth initiatives.
Collaborate with teams to optimize user journeys and onboarding.
Align growth initiatives with company goals through cross-functional collaboration.
Develop product roadmaps based on customer feedback and market research.
Drive revenue growth by optimizing conversion rates and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
5 years in a Product Growth role in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record in driving growth in a SaaS environment.
Experience with product-led growth and sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
Ability to achieve goals and drive impact with minimal guidance.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
