  • Review network architecture for new site deployments.
  • Remotely manage industrial firewalls, both within our cloud infrastructure and at customer sites.
  • Coordinate resolution of network engineering challenges with customer cybersecurity teams.
  • Facilitate on-site network troubleshooting in collaboration with Delivery and Lifecycle teams.
  • Coordinate updates, maintenance, and licensing of network components purchased by customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to validate, acquire, and test new hardware suitable for industrial environments as part of our standard product offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of new products, focusing on engineer and operator workstations utilizing Linux or Windows-based systems.
  • Work closely with other members of the DevOps team to gain insights and contribute to cloud and systems administration, with a predominant focus on Linux (90%) and Windows (10%).
Required Skills & Experience:
  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical), MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of TCP/IP networks and experience configuring network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and VLANs.
