Job Description:

The Release Manager III is responsible for ensuring all changes delivered to user maintain the integrity and availability of the existing systems. Essential Functions:

DevOps Background, Created CI/CD pipelines.

Accountable for managing the enterprise Release Management lifecycle to implement and maintain new features and capabilities while continuously improving the quality of our technical products and services.

Collaborate with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, QA and UAT Test Leads, Development leads, and IT project managers to plan, implement, test, and deploy new features and capabilities.

Establish, plan, build, and maintain enterprise release calendar for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.

Develop and execute environment management plans to protect non-production and production environments.

Lead Release Sync meetings.

Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.

Communicate all key release details, plans, commitments, and changes to Business and IT leaders as required.

Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget; produce performance metrics reporting.

Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

Drive production stability, performance, and automation.

Develop tools and other resources to aid in streamlining our Release processes.

Develop and execute communication plans for new or changed Release management processes, train users.

Keep up with technology trends and innovations in your field of practice; build and share technical expertise.

Identify and lead continuous improvement and maturity activities in all areas of the release lifecycle; facilitate RM Center of Excellence.

Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for afterhours support.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and training for new or less experienced team members .
