Job Summary

Client is hiring a Supplier Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Analyst in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) group. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our program is aligned with our company's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB). This role will have a contingent worker classification and This individual will report to the Sr Manager of Supplier Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and Supply Chain Human Rights Programs within Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of supplier diversity, local content requirements in global markets, and be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the program's performance.

Responsibilities

Tier 2 Program Management

Manage 2nd tier program including training and communications to ensure compliance, tracking, and reporting on 2nd tier spend.

Program Support

Assist in the execution of the company's supplier diversity and local content strategies with a focus on increasing engagement with diverse and local suppliers in the procurement process.

Manage the data enrichment strategy and diverse supplier certifications through various 3rd party providers.

Local/National Content Strategy

Support the implementation of Client's local content strategies ensuring alignment with government regulations and company objectives in key markets.

Analytical Support

Analyze diversity spend data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Develop supplier diversity dashboard and utilize information to drive program performance.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to supplier diversity and local content.

Prepare reports for submission to internal and external stakeholders.

Create annual federal government subcontracting report for review by program manager.

Training & Education

Assist in the delivery of training initiatives to educate internal stakeholders on the importance of supplier diversity and local content in the procurement process.

Supplier Engagement

Assist with the identification of existing diverse suppliers as well as introduce new diverse suppliers to category managers.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Facilitate discussions across multiple stakeholders to support the implementation of local content programs in various global markets.

Collaborate with category managers and procurement teams to ensure supplier diversity goals are factored into sourcing strategies and supplier selection processes.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement, supplier diversity, local/national content initiatives, or relevant business experience, preferably within a global context.

Experience working in a global organization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and provide insights.

Passion and business acumen for supplier diversity.

Experience with spend management platforms (i.e. Coupa) and data visualization software (i.e. Power BI).

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Required Skills:
