World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) has an opportunity available for a Sr. Data Center Engineer with Cloud Vision Experience to support our client at the location Plano, TX (Hybrid).

Title: Sr. Data Center Engineer with Cloud Vision Experience

Location: Plano, TX ( Hybrid)

Duration/Type of Job: 6 Months

Requirements:

  • Possess end to end knowledge of Data Center technical environment.
  • Must have history working in or supporting data center network infrastructure environment for large enterprise or carrier.
  • Must have worked with switching equipment for a minimum of 7 years (architecting or designing network solutions).
  • Must have experience with Arista, Cisco, and Cloud Vision.
  • Must have clear understanding of current and upcoming trends in the data center networking area including: Virtualization, TRILL/Fabric Path, Blade technologies, GRID computing, Low Latency switching, and Software Defined Networking (SDN).
  • Must have thorough understanding of switching/routing family of products and their functionality
  • Must be adept at taking business requirements and mapping them to technical designs for implementation.
  • Must be able to assist in resolution of complex issues during high pressure situations.
  • Must be able to communicate with a wide range of staff, from technology implementation through senior management levels.
  • Capable of quickly learning new technologies and procedures, as well as being willing to train others in procedures mastered as part of implementations.
